Marty Lechleider is the product manager for HCL Leap. He has been responsible for the product since its inception going back to when it was launched in 2013 as IBM Forms Experience Builder.  

Prior to this Marty has been in numerous product management position as part of the IBM Digital Experience team. Early in his career he started as a Lotus employee selling Lotus products and then moved into product management for Lotus SmartSuite.
